Cancelling your booking

Please note: the below information is for Thomas Cook Airlines, flight only bookings. If you have booked a packaged holiday, please contact your original booking agent.

Full Cancellation

If you are looking to cancel your full booking, this means all customer’s and all flights, please click here to complete this request form.

Please note: Thomas Cook Airlines are 100% non-refundable. If you wish to make a claim through your travel insurance, you will have the option to request for documentation as proof of cancellation within this form.

Partial Cancellation

If you are looking to cancel only part of your booking (examples below) please click here to complete this request form.

Examples of a partial cancellation are:

  • Only 1 customer from a booking of 2 customer’s or more, cannot travel. All flights for that one customer cancelled
  • Cancel 1 flight, for all customer’s travelling, on a return flight booking
  • Cancel 1 flight, for 1 customer, on a return booking of 2 customer’s or more etc
