Booking special assistance up to 48 hours before departure:
- Book your wheelchair assistance online via Manage My Booking
- For any other Special Assistance write us by using our online form
- Or call our customer contact centre on 0800 1073 409
If you have a complaint about anything after you have travelled please submit your complaint using our online form. Alternatively call us on 01733 224 814, or you can write to: Customer Relations Department, Thomas Cook, Westpoint, Peterborough, PE2 6FZ. Go to our contact page for more information.
Claims and compensation
If you wish to make a claim for lost or damaged baggage and/or mobility equipment, then please refer to Section B. Para 27, of our Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
Please note that our liability for lost or damaged baggage and equipment is limited in accordance with the International Conventions. You can find further details about our liability on our Lost or Damaged baggage page, and in our Terms and Conditions of Carriage in Section 27 'Airline Liability'.
