Las Vegas in May
Weather in Las Vegas in May
Las Vegas in May is a well-kept secret – not too hot that it’s uncomfortable, but hot enough to hit the pool, dine outdoors or sip cocktails on the terrace in the evening. With an impressive 13hrs of sunlight each day, there’ll be plenty of time to sightsee and explore,
but come evening, you’ll want to take your adventures indoors where the sights, sounds and shows of Vegas come alive.
Las Vegas weather
I visited Vegas in mid October and it was still hot hot hot. With plenty to do whether the sun is your thing or not. Obviously the nightlife is what Vegas is renowned for, with so many clubs to choose from, check who's performing where before you go so you've got a game plan of where you're going to. When you have chosen where you're heading don't be too keen, queues in Vegas outdo any queue I've seen in London, so explore the casino, grab a few drinks and don't queue up before 12 midnight.
Las Vegas never seems to sleep
The crazy thing about Vegas is the hotel lobbies, streets and casinos are just as busy at 10am as they are at 10pm. I've never been to New York, but Las Vegas never seems to sleep either! I would highly recommend to try a buffet brunch, the best value we found was at the Bellagio, which will set you back $25 but it's unlimited everything from chocolate milk, juices, hot drinks to pancakes, made to order omelettes and a dessert island, yes because everyone needs dessert at breakfast!Bonnie, Food and Travel Blogger: bonnieinwonderland.wordpress.com
