Cyprus in April
Weather in April in Cyprus
Cyprus in April may not be peak season but the sun is still well and truly out, as are the flowers! While the sea might not have warmed up for a leisurely dip in early April, scuba diving is a great way to
explore the marine world here. Cyprus in April is more for exploring, hiking or cycling before the too-hot summer season hits, but you’ll definitely fit in some sunbathing hours here and there too.
Cyprus is known as the Island of love as it is said the Greek Goddess of Love, Aphrodite rose from the waves and stepped ashore there. It’s easy to see why she chose Cyprus - it has everything any holiday maker could want from sandy beaches to ski slopes. Whatever your holiday style, whether it’s an intimate villa holiday in a secluded location, a lively beach holiday with clubs and bars aplenty or a family friendly break where you can be confident the locals will love your children as much as you do, Cyprus is the destination for you.
Enjoy locally sourced ingredients in a traditional Cypriot Meze
My favourite part of any holiday is the food and Cyprus is my favourite place in the world for eating out. A traditional Cypriot Meze is a great way to try lots of flavours if, like me, you find it hard to choose between a selection of amazing dishes. We love the locally grown olives, homemade hummus and soft warm pitta and enjoy char-grilled meats, fresh fish and seafood or amazing moussaka washed down with locally made beers and wines.Afra, Parenting and Travel Blogger: madmumof7.com
