New destinations

We're always trying to add new destinations to our flight programme to take you even further, and the next couple of years are shaping up to include some exciting summer holiday spots.

Marsa Alam, Egypt

In winter 2017 you’ll be able to escape the cold weather here and enjoy the delights of the Red Sea with our new route to Marsa Alam. It’s one of Egypt’s fastest growing holiday destinations and is home to some of the most beautiful and well-protected dive sites in the region. Relax in your resort, race quad bikes across the desert or go exploring around the islands – there’s plenty to keep you entertained in the sun here.

Varna, Bulgaria

You can now book summer 2018 flights to Varna – our newest destination in beautiful Bulgaria. This coastal city has some stunning scenery as well as all the modern shopping and nightlife offerings you could want, plus it’s the perfect place to base yourself if you want to explore other places in Bulgaria.

Funchal, Madeira

The Portuguese island of Madeira is probably best known for producing fantastic wine but there’s much more to this destination to make it a great choice for a holiday. The beautiful volcanic landscape makes it perfect for outdoor activities such as climbing, canyoning and mountain-biking while the lively capital Funchal is full of bars, shops and restaurants.

Gerona, Spain

A year-round climate, stunning architecture and all the Mediterranean energy you could want makes the Catalan city of Gerona in northern Spain a welcome addition to our summer 2018 programme. Here you can spend long warm days wandering the winding cobbled streets lined with cafes and tapas bars before exploring other nearby destinations like Barcelona, Tarragona and Sitges.

Thessaloniki, Greece

We’re delighted to add a new destination in Greece to our list – the beautiful city of Thessaloniki. A combination of beaches, great nightlife, museums and an amazing 15 World Heritage Sites, it’s easy to see why this destination is quickly becoming a popular holiday spot. It’s also full of historical and cultural things to do and see as well as a whole calendar of festivals to enjoy throughout the year.

Comiso, Sicily

In summer 2017 we’ll be expanding our route list to Sicily with direct flights to the beautiful town of Comiso. It’s situated in the Ragusa region in the south-eastern corner of the Italian island so there are plenty of surrounding areas ready to explore, from the Unesco listed architecture of Ragusa Ibla to the sandy beaches along the coast.

It’s also a great place on its own to spend some time exploring the mosaic lined hot springs, the historic churches and Castle of Naselli and the traditional Sicilian restaurants. It’s never too early to start planning a summer trip to Italy, so take a look at our flights today.

Split, Croatia

From summer 2017 we’ll be flying to the stunning city of Split on Croatia’s equally stunning Dalmatian Coast. Here, you can really feel like you’re getting away from it all amongst the blue of the Adriatic, the mountains along the coast and the ancient monuments in the town.

Over the last few years Split has really come into its own as a thriving destination full of traditional and historical remnants as well as modern culture. The old Riva (seafront) has been beautifully renovated and the location of the city makes it perfect for hopping around the islands just off the coast.

Mykonos, Greece

If you’re looking to add a touch of glamour to your holiday, then Mykonos in Greece will not disappoint. There’s an air of bohemian charm, turned Mediterranean flair on this now iconic island that will leave you with memories of your Greek summer for years to come.

Every year Mykonos welcomes all kinds of travellers to its shores to enjoy the picturesque windmills that guard the coastline and its mixture of chic bars and restaurants with traditional Greek tavernas. The beaches are pretty and long while the port plays host to yachts and fishing boats alike, and day trips out to nearby islands such as Delos make for a relaxing afternoon treat.
