Belgian: Thomas Cook Airlines Belgium is a Belgian airline, which was established in 2002. It operates a modern fleet of 6 Airbus A-320s, where 5 are stationed in Brussels and one in Liège.

International: Thomas Cook Airlines Belgium is part of the international Thomas Cook Group, which operates the largest holiday fleet in the world. All airlines in the Thomas Cook Group meet the strictest safety standards and guarantee professionalism and reliability.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Situations can arise in the aviation industry over which Thomas Cook Airlines has no control: an unexpected strike at the airport, exceptional weather conditions or technical problems.

Fortunately these circumstances are uncommon, but we aim to be ready to assist our customers at these times:

• Thomas Cook Airlines guarantees its customers, in as far as possible, that it will seek alternatives if a flight is subject to a long delay or cancelled. At these inconvenient moments, we aim to give our customers accurate information and provide the highest possible level of service.
• Thomas Cook Airlines will bring in its ‘intervention team’ in the case of severe delays. This team is called in to deal with extreme delays and is there to serve our customers in all Belgian airports. They attempt to give our customers accurate information as quickly as possible.
• If there is a delay on a flight departing from Brussels Airport, Thomas Cook Airlines will open a separate area for customers (with toys and entertainment).
