When making a booking, certain personal information necessarily has to be provided.

This personal information is stored in a computerised processing system; the holder of the files is Thomas Cook Retail Belgium N.V.

The law of 8 December 1992 provides a right of access and correction, and the possibility of obtaining information from the Commission for the Protection of Private Life.

Only if the passenger expressly consents to it at the time of booking shall he receive future commercial messages from Thomas Cook Retail Belgium N.V., by ordinary mail or e-mail, or through any other medium.
