Besides some nice extras, this service also offers a high-quality meal, prepared by a renowned starred chef.

All passengers flying in Premium Service can enjoy these services offered in premium class:

  • Separate, fast check-in at Brussels Airport
  • 10% extra baggage allowance (*)
  • Glass of bubbly
  • Succulent meal made by a rewarded chef
    (incl. 1 glass of wine or beer)
  • Soft drinks during the flight
  • Free headset to enjoy the entertainment program during the flight (if available on that flight)

Starred Chef

This Winter/Summer the two-star chef Bart De Pooter will prepare a delicious menu for Thomas Cook Airlines premium passengers.

Bart De Pooter was elected as Chef of the Year 2012. He is characterized by his contemporary translations of the Burgundian culinary tradition.

Attention: Premium Service is also available on other flights like Tailwind Airlines and Onurair. But de meals prepared by Bart De Pooter are not served on these flights.

For a supplement* you can enjoy of our Premium Service.

You can book this extra service at least 3 days before departure. Reservations online while booking your flight (step 3) or after your booking by telephone via our Contact Center: 070 22 32 20

Adjusted Premium Service for children

Children between the age of 2 and 11 can enjoy along with the family in Premium Service, with adapted food and drinks for the children.

The kids enjoy the same benefits, but pay 50% less on the supplement.
