Brussels airport is less than 30 minutes from the city centre. From 6 a.m. until nearly midnight the Airport City Express makes the journey four times an hour between the airport and Brussels-South, Brussels-Centre and Brussels-North.
The station is located on the lowest floor (-1) of the terminal building.

By Bus
The bus station is located underneath the Arrivals hall. You can reach it via the stairs and lifts in the Diamond zone. As well as the local bus services ('De Lijn' and 'MIVB/STIB') and hotel shuttles, there are also services to Antwerp.

A few taxis are available outside the Arrivals hall. Taxis with a permit can be recognised by the yellow-blue emblem.

The airport can be reached via the Brussels Ring. Follow the signs towards the Airport or Zaventem.

24-hour parking for both short-term and long-term periods is available at the airport.
Parking
N.V. INTERPARKING S.A. manages the parking facilities for more than 9,000 vehicles next to the terminal.
Car Hotel offers long-term parking facilities on the E19 nearby, and a shuttle service free of charge to the passagers terminal every ten minutes.

The car rental company counters are in the Arrivals hall. They are open from 6.30 a.m. until 11.00 p.m.

General check-in info
Desks
As from the end of March, our customers will be welcomed at Brussels Airport at the brand-new Thomas Cook Airlines counter, in a completely renovated departure hall!
The check-in counters and the Thomas Cook Airlines information counter are moving into a completely renovated hall at check-in rows 11 and 12.
The new counters are to be found on the right-hand side of the departure hall.
The available space, the arrangement of our counters, the customised baggage handling system and the use of modern materials will enable us to serve customers more efficiently and offer them a pleasant start to their holiday.
The check-in for Thomas Cook Airlines flights in Brussels is done by our handling agent.
The departure information boards near the entrance to the Departures terminal show where the check-in desk for your flight is. You can also ask for information at the Thomas Cook Airlines desk on the left of the Departures hall (see figure).

Opening times
Check-in starts 3 hours before the planned departure time and closes 30 minutes before the planned departure time of the flight.
Special assistance
For all Thomas Cook Airlines flights that depart from Brussels, special assistance in Brussels is arranged through our handling agent.
All requests for assistance must be made when the reservation is made.
Please contact your travel agent or us Contact Center.
Departure hall
After check-in, go to the gate. The gate number is shown on the information screen.
Flights to Schengen countries depart from terminal A. All non-Schengen flights depart from terminal B.
You must be at the gate at least 30 minutes before boarding starts. Do not forget that on your way to the gate you will need some extra time to clear the security checks (both terminals). For terminal B, keep your passport/identity card and boarding card handy. Listen carefully to the loudspeaker announcements and also check the information screens regularly.
